Hello, my name is Alfredo, but you can call me Junior! I’ve been working in the fitness industry as a certified trainer and club manager, which has given me experience both coaching clients one-on-one, in group classes, and understanding how to build a positive training environment. Along with my certifications, I’ve built a strong online presence on YouTube where I share transformation strategies and fitness education. My passion for training started after I lost 90 pounds myself as a Type 1 Diabetic, so I know personally how challenging it can be. Going through that transformation taught me not just the science, but the mindset and discipline it takes to succeed As someone with Type 1 diabetes, I structure my days around workouts, nutrition, and insulin management to maintain stable blood sugars, which has allowed me to stay healthy, lose over 90 pounds, and lead by example with clients. This has helped me train my clients with caution in case they have any underlying medical issues!
I also dedicate time daily to creating content for my fitness YouTube channel (just hit 6,000 subscribers!) That platform has allowed me to connect with people worldwide, some of whom I’ve worked with directly as clients! It’s given me experience not only in coaching, but also in motivation and community building. Fitness really changed my life by improving my health and creating stable blood sugars to help maintain my type 1 diabetes! Fitness saved me, so I will always try to educate and inspire others to do the same!

Clients can expect a structured, personalized session that combines strength training, metabolic conditioning, and mobility work. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by tailored exercises that match their goals, whether that’s fat loss, building muscle, overall performance, or just wanting to feel better. I coach form closely, push clients at the right intensity, and make sure the session ends with proper cooldown and recovery work. More than just the workout, clients can expect accountability, encouragement, motivation, and a trainer who’s fully invested in their progress.
One of my favorite success stories is a client who came to me struggling with low confidence after years of being overweight. They were type 2 diabetics, so I knew how to structure their workouts around their blood sugar and insulin dosing. Through consistent strength training and sustainable nutrition habits, they not only lost 40 pounds but also gained muscle, completely reshaped their bodies, and even got off of insulin. The best part wasn’t just the physical change, but watching their confidence grow every week, that’s what drives me as a trainer.
