I’m a 48-year-old fitness professional with over 27 years of experience helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and wellness goals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training more than 5,400 clients both in person and online. My coaching style is detailed, safety-first, and supportive—I believe fitness should be motivating, fun, and sustainable, never about “no pain, no gain.”

In addition to being a personal trainer, I’m also a holistic clinical nutritionist, health coach, and doctor of traditional naturopathy. Nutrition is one of my greatest passions, and I integrate it into my approach to create lasting results. My background includes competing in bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting, giving me a unique perspective on strength, performance, and balance.

I’m compassionate, a great listener, and always eager to keep learning. Health, wellness, and fitness are my lifelong passions—but outside of the gym, my favorite place to be is with my wife, Ashley, the love of my life.
