I’m Aicha, a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone can explore the balance between body, mind, and breath. My journey with yoga began fifteen years ago, when I first discovered how movement and stillness could transform not just my body, but my entire outlook on life.
I’m trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and I also practice Ashtanga. I hold a YTT-200, and a 20 hour Gentle and Restorative. My classes focus on mindful alignment, breath awareness, strength and flexibility, and stress relief, and I strive to help students honor their unique bodies and personal journeys, both on and off the mat.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me meditating, experimenting with healthy recipes, hiking, reading more about yoga. I believe yoga is for everybody and every body, and my mission is to guide students toward self-discovery, empowerment, and inner peace.
I look forward to practicing with you and sharing this beautiful path together.
Namaste.

Each session is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice.
A typical session begins with a few moments of grounding: we settle into our breath, check in with how the body feels today, and set a gentle intention for the practice.
From there, we move into a mindful Vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement through a series of accessible postures that build warmth, strength, and flexibility. I offer plenty of variations and props, so you can adapt the practice to your own body’s needs.
After the flow, we slow things down with Gentle or Restorative poses — longer-held, supported postures that invite deep relaxation and help release tension.
Throughout the session, you can expect a calm, supportive atmosphere where you’re encouraged to listen to your body and honor what feels right for you. I may share breathwork, mindfulness, or a short guided relaxation to help you leave class feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed.
My goal is for you to step off the mat feeling not just physically better, but more connected to yourself — with a little more ease, presence, and inner peace to carry into your day.
