Hey there! My name is Adi and I’m really looking forward to working with you! A bit about me: after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Cal State University, Northridge, I dove into the fitness world. I began as an intern fitness instructor with CSUN’s Commit to Be Fit program, coaching diverse groups in a virtual setting. I then joined the Pepperdine University Sports Performance team, supporting student-athletes in the weight room, from setup to motivation. With my CSCS certification completed, I am now over halfway through my Doctorate program in Physical Therapy. This allows me to apply that doctorate movement lens into my training sessions and make sure movement is fluid and functional! With experience working with everyone from retired professors to Division-1 athletes, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical session looks like this:
– A 10-minute warm up and check in regarding the program and nutrition
– 30-45 minute main session, consisting of different blocks of exercise, specifically meant to target your goals
– 5-10 minute cooldown, while reviewing what you can do for recovery and in your own to get you closer to your goals
