I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience working in high-end culinary environments and currently serve as a private chef for a high-net-worth family. Recently, I earned my Accredited Certification in Personal Training, combining my passion for nutrition, fitness, and wellness. With a strong athletic background in football, baseball, basketball, and rugby—and years of consistent gym experience—I’m excited to bring the same discipline and dedication from the kitchen to the fitness industry. New to training, but not new to hard work, I’m eager to build a strong foundation and help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
You’ll always be greeted with a friendly welcome, and then we get right to work. Each session starts with a proper warm-up or stretch to prepare your body and mind for the workout ahead. From there, we focus on efficient, effective training: typically 3–4 compound movements that target the muscle group we are working that day, with a few extra exercises added in to round things out. My goal is to maximize your time, keep the energy high, and ensure you leave each session feeling stronger, accomplished, and motivated for the next one.
