Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I’m a Washington, D.C. area–based yoga teacher with a passion for creating accessible, inclusive, and restorative spaces for all bodies and experience levels. My teaching is rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and community connection. I completed my yoga teacher training with a focus on trauma-informed and restorative practices, and I specialize in gentle flows and breath-centered movement that support both physical and emotional well-being.
In addition to teaching yoga, I have a background in community engagement, which informs my commitment to compassion on and off the mat. My current goal is to expand access to yoga by offering affordable and welcoming classes for nonprofit professionals, underserved communities, and anyone seeking a grounding, judgment-free practice.

Clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and grounding experience in each session. I begin with breathwork and gentle warm-ups to help students arrive in their bodies, followed by a mindful flow or restorative sequence tailored to their needs and energy levels. I offer clear, accessible cues and options throughout the practice, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and move with intention. Every session ends with time for stillness and integration, leaving clients feeling more balanced, relaxed, and connected.
One of my most meaningful client experiences was with a nonprofit professional who came to class feeling overwhelmed and burnt out from their demanding work. They had little prior yoga experience and were initially hesitant about joining. Over time, through consistent restorative and breath-focused sessions, they began to reconnect with their body, sleep better, and manage stress more effectively. They shared that yoga became a space where they could finally exhale and reset—something they hadn’t felt in years. Witnessing that transformation reminded me of the quiet power of consistent, compassionate practice.
