I’ve been a personal trainer for 16 years , successfully helping my clientele become both aesthetically and functionally fit. I work closely with each client to personalize their workout regimen to fit their needs, dynamics/concerns and goals, strategically navigating them throughout. I transformed my physique years ago, and I have thoroughly enjoyed helping others do the same in Los Angeles, New York City and now Washington DC.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Typical Training Session
A one hour session typically includes a warm up, weight/resistance/core training and stretching/rolling out. Again, every client has considerations specific to their individual needs, so the workouts are constructed accordingly.

I am a 41yr old creative professional who works a lot. I have had a membership at Equinox since I moved here almost three years ago. I had been working out fairly consistently but had gotten bored with my regimen. I am 5’11” and at the timed was hovering around 210lbs. I had not been very impressed with the trainers at Equinox and started looking at other gyms. I had heard about Steel Gym as a kind of hardcore gym. When I went to their website they had listed the trainers who train there. Glenn and I connected in June and agreed to try a work out. I have been training with him since.
In my 20’s I worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have found Glenn to be one of the best trainers I have ever worked out with. His core based methods are exactly what my 40 year old body needed. By the end of the summer I had lost 10 pounds and remain around 200lbs. He keeps workouts ever changing. I don’t think we have done the exact same one twice. He is very strict about form and a great motivator. I am in the best shape I have been in about 6yrs. I highly recommend training with him.
