About Stephanie C


I help people integrate fitness, functional movement, and strength training into their everyday lives. It’s the small steps taken over time, combined with habit, that takes you to where you want to go.

Fitness and physical activity have always been part of my life. I have reaped innumerable benefits, and I want to help as many people as I can, do the same.

Helping people unify their health across multiple dimensions is key. I take a holistic approach that looks at activity levels, health history and exercise, nutrition, hydration, self-care, restful sleep, healthy posture, mobility, and flexibility. I understand what it means to negotiate life’s challenges and other priorities while taking care of and transforming my own health, nutrition, and strength.

We can do most things we put our mind and heart to. Fitness and health is no different. Every person needs a strong and healthy body to enhance life quality. I help people become stronger, more toned, and increase cardiovascular endurance and health.

Typical Training Session

A client can expect a custom-tailed session that works to achieve their fitness health goals. I take a friendly and collaborative approach with each client.

I am a highly skilled trainer who can also adapt and work with clients of varying fitness backgrounds and abilities, as well as clients who have old or existing injuries or movement limitations.

I incorporate strength and resistance training, functional movement, cardiovascular training, stretching and flexibility training, and corrective exercise when needed.


Client success story

I worked with a client who needed both a nutrition and strength training program. He also had two rotator cuff injuries, one in each shoulder.

He had not engaged in physical exercise and resistance training for many years. He also was on multiple medications.

I designed a program for him and took him through a progressive strength training program as well as incorporated modifications and corrective exercises so he was able to get through each workout and recover without triggering either of his shoulder injuries.

Second, for nutrition and body composition, we completed two EVOLT Body Composition scans to understand our starting baseline. I provided him strategic nutritional guidance to address his energy levels, fiber intake, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and hydration, along with protein intake, protein supplementation, and revising some non-supporting habits he had that were adding tons of non-nutrient dense calories and saturated fat.

I also paired him up with a Certified Dietician that was fully covered by his health insurance, to work with him to address his elevated cholesterol levels and heart disease risk, through his food intake and helping him develop better habits.

After just a few short weeks, he had far more energy and vitality and started to shed some of his excess weight.

We also went through fitness recovery practices, and he started recovering better and faster from the workouts, allowing me to progress his fitness programming quicker.

He is now on his way back to fuller health and vitality and is not worried about being in a health crisis.
