Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hello! My name is Ian and I want to train you. Growing up, I found out during my teen years that fitness and exercise was one of my biggest passions. Whether its running, weight lifting, or strict mobility work, I love being able to challenge my body and mind to a high degree. After graduating high school and not knowing what to major in for college, I landed on kinesiology which I recently earned a Bachelor’s of Science in. Since then, I’ve earned my personal training certification and have been working at Total Men’s Primary Care. My current goals right now is to help as many people as possible to reach their personal fitness goals and to start saving up so that one day in the future, I’ll be able to open my own gym.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My training sessions consist of whatever method of training you want to try. Whether its circuit training, hypertrophy training, power training, mobility training, etc. I will be there to guide you through a progressive program. It is easy to get lost in the world of the thousands of different exercises you can do, so I try to keep my sessions simple and easy to follow. With that in mind, I am going to challenge you and make you work for yourself. My goal isn’t to make you collapse in exhaustion, but it is to make it feel like you earned the rest you receive by the end of the session.
One of my clients who I’ve been seeing since I started working at Total Men’s Primary Care came in with two degenerated discs in his lumbar spine. He told me he had seen doctors, taken prescription medication, and started his own pain management routine, but nothing had worked. I put him through an easy to progress and challenging core stability and control program that he followed for close to a month. He had recently come in for another session and told me that it was the first time in over a year that he woke up and got out of bed without feeling any pain in his lower back. I simply told him that movement is medicine. If I could be able to impact someone’s life just enough to the point where they are able to simply move better, I would do this for the rest of my life.
