GREETINGS, FUTURE CLIENTS! Erin Abbott here. I have four years of experience in the Fitness Industry! I started my journey in a boutique Strength and Conditioning giving me the tools for maximum gains! I fully understand muscle hypertrophy and can workout men twice as big as myself! I’ve extended my knowledge into a slower pace through basic reformer pilates and have amped up the training into HIIT which is the best recipe shown for fat burning! I’ve worked at a range of having my own private clients to managing fitness classes that max out at 30 people. I’ve worked with many different clients with unique cases and have seen amazing results to those who dedicate themselves to the lifestyle! I’m excited to get to know you and your specific goals in order to work along side you and get you to where you want to be!
Hourly rate: $100

A client can expect that we train the 6 fundamental movement patterns in order for daily functional exercises to improve and become more of an ease. I also aim to burn fat through weight training and cardio. Progressive overload is what we’ll focus on for muscle gain and fat burn. I’ll work through intervals and time each exercise to test muscle endurance. Exercises will change each day although we will focus on the same muscle groups and revisit functional movement patterns to gain strength in those areas. For those who want to focus purely on muscle growth, we will be more rep-based with minimal rest in between sets. I overall want to increase performance in functional exercise and VO2 Max. Agility drills and sports specific is welcome as well! I can incorporate some of your favorite drills from sports you loved to play growing up. I’m here FOR YOU! It’s gonna be the MOST FUN.
I worked with a client a couple of months before her wedding day! She knew she was limited on time and was willing to do whatever it took to be able to fit back into her wedding dress she once was able to put on. I worked with her 3 days per week and programmed full body strength workouts each day with sprinkled in cardio finishers. I also guided her on nutrition and she was able to stick to it as closely as she could! She wanted a nice sexy back since her dress was revealing in that area. We were able to get her to fit into her dress by the time of her wedding with her back looking up to her satisfaction! She lost 15 lbs all within a matter of a couple of months. She was dedicated and probably could’ve lost more weight with a super tailored nutrition plan. I’m very proud of my client and I’m looking forward to more success stories!
