I have been a certified personal trainer for over 25 years. I have worked with people from all walks of life and of all ages. I’ve helped people reach their health and fitness goals. This includes general health, weight loss, sport specific programs. I have also provided programs assisting in disease management which includes diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Typical Training Session

We start with a dynamic warm-up tailored to the client’s needs—mobility work, activation drills, and movement prep to ensure they’re ready to train safely and effectively.
The core of your session would be built around the clients goals, whether it’s strength training, functional movements or a mixture of both. I would guide them through each exercise with proper form, intensity adjustments with positive feedback. As we go through your workout, I focus on mindset, consistency and pushing you past your limits.
We wrap up your workout with some mobility work and stretching to aid in recovery.
