Hi, I’m Angelica — a fitness coach passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and curves through intentional training.
With over 5 years of experience in strength training, I’ve had the opportunity to coach both men and women of all ages — from young adults finding their rhythm in fitness to middle-aged clients rediscovering their strength and confidence.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and I have a background in corrective therapies, working with individuals recovering from accidents or rebuilding their bodies after injury.
My specialty is glute growth, body recomposition, and body confidence, but my mission goes beyond aesthetics — I’m here to help you feel powerful in your own body. My approach blends evidence-based training with mindset and self-belief, because true transformation starts from within.

1. Personalized Warm-Up – Every session starts with a warm-up tailored to your body and goals, prepping your muscles and joints for safe and effective training.
2. Goal-Focused Strength Training – We’ll focus on exercises designed to build strength, enhance glute growth, and support body recomposition. Each movement is adjusted to your level, ensuring maximum results without compromising safety.
3. Corrective & Form Guidance – With my background in corrective therapies, I emphasize proper form, posture, and technique to prevent injury and improve overall movement quality.
4. Motivational & Supportive Coaching – I’ll guide you through every set, providing encouragement, feedback, and adjustments to help you push past limits and stay confident.
5. Mindset & Empowerment – Fitness is more than just the physical. I’ll help you build body confidence and resilience, so you leave each session feeling stronger, empowered, and ready to take on your day.
6. Cool-Down & Recovery Tips – Sessions end with a brief cool-down and mobility/stretching work, along with practical advice on recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to support your progress.
