About Sarah Walentynowicz
I began personal training in 2006. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Fitness Management, along with several certifications (including ACSM, NASM, AFAA and Pilates). I believe that fitness should be fun and exciting experience; something people look forward to. I strive to make our sessions fun while still working hard to achieve goals. I have always been passionate about helping people to change their lives through fitness. I look forward to the opportunity to help you change yours!

Typical Training Session
A client can expect to meet with me initially for a consultation, in which we will discuss your needs/goals, previous exercises history, medical history, and availability. We will also complete applicable assessments during this time. After the initial consultation, we will develop a plan to reach your goals in the quickest and safest way possible. Then the fun begins! Our sessions will consist of 50 minutes of exercises designed specifically for you and your needs, including a warm up, core and accessory exercises, and a recovery/cooldown.
