My names is Rhojae Rose, I’m 33 and was born in Jamaica and raised in broward. I played college football at FAU and even have a background in EMS before realizing my calling was in personal/group training. One summer while rehabbing from a torn Achilles i realized that health is the single most important thing we have other than time and i knew i had a passion for it. Since that day i haven’t worked a day of my life, I’ve just helped clients take preventative measure to ensure longevity in their life
