About Ronald

My name is Ronald Rice founder of Screaming Eagles Fitness LLC located in Phoenix, Arizona. I am also a eight year U.S. Army veteran, I became a trainer to initially help my wife return to the bodybuilding stage after having our twin girls. I am Certified with ISSA as a personal trainer & corrective exercise specialist, as well as online coaching with Online Trainers Federation. I also host a group fitness class at the local park with Camp Gladiator. It is my intention and duty as a personal trainer to help as many people as I can achieve a healthy lifestyle by educating them on bad habits and the dangers of living a sedentary lifestyle. I want to use my experience as a army veteran, the information and principals I obtained with ISSA, and my experience with Camp Gladiator to help more people in pursuit of their fitness goals.

Training philosophy

I believe a good fitness routine starts with balance, mobility, stability, and flexibility.

A typical session

A typical training session with me starts with an introduction of workout programming and expectation to work toward client goals, I use creativity to put clients in exercises that will help increase stability, balance, mobility, and flexibility.

Client success story

I have plenty of clients that have lost 20lbs or more, showed significant strength improvements by performing exercises that they once could not do. I have also assisted clients in changing bad habits into good one’s such as: improving sleep, nutrition consistency, stress reduction, improved motivation, increased flexibility, improved coordination, and speed.
