As a performance coach and personal trainer I have worked with a wide range of individuals ranging from everyday people all the way to professional athletes. Seeing all of these different types of people, everyone had one thing in common. They needed to learn how to move. Movement affects everything from our mental to our physical health. Whether your an everyday mom or a player in the NFL, the way you move and train has a profound effect on the rest of your life. Now more than ever our country is less active, more sedentary and have higher obesity rates. I believe very strongly that getting our health right is the first step to gaining happiness and bringing people together in these times of need. My mission is to help people reach their health goals via personal training to help bring more overall wellness to our hardworking population. Hourly rate: $80

Think of our training sessions like a ramp. Everything we do will build on itself. Warm-ups will be specific to the movements we do that day, and movements will be specific to your needs. Just like we wouldn’t go sail to Europe without a map, we wouldn’t do a training session without direction and purpose. We will also have a variety of metrics based off your goals that will give you a good idea on how we are making progress.
