I fell in love with fitness at the age of 12 when I brought my first weight set. The passion grew stronger when I played high school football and I saw how I was able to transform my body into something new. Being only 5′-3″ I saw first hand how weight training boosted my self esteem and confidence. My desire grew into my adult years being a member at numerous gyms. But I did not like the way members were treated, we was just a dollar sign. This prompted me to open my own gym and treat members with respect and give the attention they deserve. Personal training is not always about fitness but about uplifting people. I now enjoy helping others reach their goals and I make my sessions affordable so that everyone has a chance to be the best they can be.

Come prepared to give me your all for 45-60 minutes. A customized workout will be designed just for you. I will challenge you at the same time encourage you to become the best you can be. We will laugh while still being serious to achieve the task at hand. Remember this is supposed to be fun so it can be apart of your life style for the future.
