Experienced in Pilates and yoga, I bring health and alignment to your body
My journey began with my own personal health issues which evolved into coaching others to help better align their body. I’ve worked with clients across various fitness levels, focusing on strength, conditioning, and overall wellness.
Currently, I’m expanding my expertise, aiming to specialize in injury prevention, and continue empowering others through informed, results-driven training.
Hourly rate: $65
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Each training session is structured, personalized, and goal-oriented always starting with a proper warm-up to activate key muscle groups and prepare your body for movement.
From there, we move into the main workout, which is tailored to your individual goals—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, enhancing endurance, or all of the above. I focus on proper technique, progression, and making sure every exercise serves a purpose. We finish with a cool-down and recovery work to support long-term results and reduce injury risk.
Clients have come in with hip and knee issues which in turn have caused back and neck problems. I have had several clients who have been able to make corrections in their body alignent to help correct posture and in turn decrease pain.
