I come alive when it comes to fitness, it’s been my dream to get in shape and beyond that I grew a hunger for helping others find their way as well. What fitness did for me left an undeniable impact that reshaped my life and without a doubt, I know I can help others achieve this special feeling. My philosophy entails you and I understanding how your body works, the food your body needs, discovering what imbalances should be corrected and then creating a strong, functional physique. We will map out a plan to answer your needs!

Typical Training Session

A 45 minute to one hour training session with my undivided attention. Expect patience, empathy and an openess to communicate from me. I will spend as much time as possible to show you anything you need to understand, and help you implement what to do during the next 23 hours that we aren’t training together.


Client success story

Rachel, 20, was a client of mine who struggled with her weight for the majority of her life. From being teased and picked on by family and friends, Rachel lost hope as social media began to expand and she fell into the comparison trap of seeing models every post on her phone screen.

It was at the point where Rachel tearfully requested my services and we got to work after determining her diet, calorie intake and a few trips to the grocery store to show her what kind of foods she could eat.

Rachel changed her diet and I held her accountable for the days she slacked off to get back on track. After meeting up 3 times a week implementing a personalized combination of resistance training and a steady cardio routine, it was within two months that Rachel lost 17 pounds (178-161), built up a little bit muscle to shape up her new physique and her mind was reshaped into believing in herself and not what she should look like in comparison to others. Rachel, five years later has moved away, is now married, still implements everything we did long ago and has been able to keep her weight off while enjoying the fruits of a thriving metabolism!
