1. **Warm-up:** We’ll start with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for exercise, including mobility drills and activation exercises tailored to the day’s workout.

2. **Main Workout:** The main portion of the session will consist of a variety of exercises designed to target specific muscle groups and movement patterns. Whether it’s strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, or functional movements, I’ll guide clients through each exercise with proper form and technique.
