based practices with mindful living to create a balanced, holistic approach to wellness.
My mission is simple: to help busy people build wellness routines that actually fit into real life — so they can feel better, move better, and live with more strength, energy,
and ease.
Hourly rate: $130
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A packed session to ensure the client’s goals are met! A warm up and cool down are included in each session. All clients are offered a nutritional consultation if needed.
My greatest success stories are clients expressing how much stronger they feel and how much endurance they have to complete everyday activities such as walking up the stairs with a basket of laundry or being able to play with their kids or grandkids. Building strength is really life changing!
