About Daniel Myrick


I was born on a small island in Italy called Sardinia! I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
I know how to speak Italian and Spanish! Growing up, I was always involved in sports including track, basketball, and swimming. As I got older, I transitioned to high school sports. I was always very skinny and wanted to gain more muscle to replace fat and be my most best empowered self. My own fitness journey has been filled with a series of ups and downs, and I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to achieve your goals. That’s why I’m committed to helping you succeed and overcome any obstacles that come your way. With my years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed a passion for helping others reach their goals and improve their overall health and wellness.
I have a degree in Biology and Exercise Science and multiple certifications. These include ACE CPT, Nutrition Specialist, and Health Coaching specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss, functional movement training, corrective exercise, nutrition styles and many more! My coaching style focuses on a holistic approach to wellness. I combine exercise, nutrition, and mindset to help you achieve sustainable results and become the best version of yourself.
