I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and have a strong background in fitness, training, and performance. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them improve strength, endurance, and overall health through tailored programs and accountability-driven coaching. Currently, I’m pursuing my MBA in Digital Marketing, combining my passion for fitness with a drive to grow in leadership and business. My goal is to not only help clients reach their physical potential but also to inspire long-term lifestyle change through motivation, structure, and consistency.
Hourly rate: $100

Clients can expect each training session to be structured, engaging, and tailored to their goals. We’ll start with a proper warm-up to prepare the body, move into focused strength and conditioning work designed for progress, and finish with mobility or recovery exercises. I emphasize proper technique, consistent progression, and keeping sessions both challenging and enjoyable so clients leave feeling accomplished, motivated, and one step closer to their goals.
One of my clients came to me struggling with low energy, inconsistent workouts, and frustration from not seeing results. Together, we built a structured program focusing on strength training, accountability, and simple nutrition habits. Within three months, they not only lost over 15 pounds but also gained noticeable strength and confidence.
