About Matt

Train for life, not just for the mirror! I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1997 with a degree in kinesiology and a variety of certifications and always striving to learn more to help my clients. I have my own private training studio (77024) and travel to clients homes in the River Oaks and Galleria area in Houston. I primarily focus on later in life sports performance, functional mobility and strength, pre and post rehab, relieving pain and disfunction by finding muscle imbalances and activating those muscles and prescribing corrective exercises.
