I heard about yoga while working on board as a chief mate, I was burnt out due to stress, stiffness, neck, and, back pain in 2012, I started to practice yoga by watching yoga videos twice a week, reading books about meditation, besides the pain dissolved, it came with all other benefits to improve my lifestyle then I decided to go to India to learn this ancient knowledge deeper in 2017 since then I realized I have such big compassion to teach more than working for the shipping industry.

Typical Training Session
I currently teach traditional hatha yoga blend with functional movements for different levels, the physical part of my yoga practice ”asana” is about the balance between strength and flexibility to feel and understand the body to make our life more enjoyable, so my classes combine both strength and mobility work dynamically and statically.

I don’t have a specific success story but the end of each class when my clients share with me the improvements of the quality of their life such as; sleeping better, digesting better, eating better, healthier lower back and neck region, better posture, feel stronger and functional at the body and mind, I take all these positive comments as my success story.
