Typical Training Session
My complete attention and focus. There is nothing worse than trainers looking around the gym or on their phones. When you go with me, you get 100% of my attention and focus and skills and knowledge, the entire session and if need be after.
Client success story
Myself. I was run over on my motorcycle by a drunk driver head on. He left me laying in the road. I got up!!!
My father. Through a massive ischemic stroke and two heart attacks with 3 stints, we got him back to 85-90%. He told me one thing that I will never forget, “Danny, you make feel safe when you’re with me”. This was the biggest honor and success story of my life.
