Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Jenny blends soulful leadership with no-nonsense practicality—and a healthy dose of playful weirdness. As manager of Flow Yoga, she wears many hats (and probably has a Spotify playlist for each one). From guiding Flexibility & Mobility classes that mix modern movement science with accessible self-care, to curating retreats, rituals, and community experiences, Jenny brings warmth, curiosity, and creativity into everything she touches.
Her teaching is rooted in lived experience: as a registered nurse, a longtime student of non-dual healing, and a neurodivergent mama who knows that real wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Her classes and workshops are spaces where people can breathe, laugh, unravel a little tension (physical or emotional), and leave feeling just a little more like themselves.
She believes connection is the medicine—and that good mobility work can change your life just as much as a good cry-laugh in savasana.

Each session blends functional mobility, yoga-inspired movement, and myofascial release. We’ll start with breath and gentle activation, then move through customized exercises to build strength, increase range of motion, and release tension, always tailored to how your body feels that day.
One client came to class post-hip surgery, struggling with lingering pain and stiffness. Through consistent attendance and applying mobility and myofascial techniques we practiced together, she regained range of motion, reduced her pain, and started moving with confidence again.
