I am a passionate and experienced fitness professional with over 30 years of teaching and coaching across multiple formats, including aqua fitness, kickboxing, step, yoga, weight training, and group classes. My specialty is working with active older adults, helping them maintain strength, mobility, and confidence through engaging, safe, and effective programming. Whether I’m leading a high-energy cardio class or a mindful yoga session, my philosophy is simple: fitness should be fun, inclusive, and productive. I take pride in creating a welcoming environment where participants feel empowered, supported, and inspired to stay active at every stage of life.
Hourly rate: $90

Clients can expect a welcoming, energizing, and results-driven experience in every one of my classes. Whether it’s aqua fitness, step, yoga, kickboxing, or strength training, my sessions are designed to be fun, safe, and effective — with modifications offered for all fitness levels and abilities.
Each class is structured to include:
A proper warm-up and cool-down
Clear instructions and demonstrations
Encouragement and personalized guidance
Functional movements that support everyday life
A strong sense of community and positive energy
My teaching style is upbeat and supportive, with a focus on helping each participant feel successful, challenged, and motivated. I want every client to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what they accomplished — both physically and mentally.
When Haroon first joined my classes, he was in his early 70s, facing serious health concerns — including a history of heart issues and long-term smoking. At first, he was hesitant and unsure of what he could manage physically. But over time, with encouragement, safe progressions, and a welcoming environment, Haroon became a consistent participant in my classes.
Not only did he gradually build up his cardiovascular endurance, but he also made a major life change: he quit smoking after more than 40 years. His energy, confidence, and quality of life noticeably improved. What began as cautious participation turned into genuine enthusiasm — and today, Haroon is one of my most vocal advocates, often encouraging others his age to join and experience the same transformation.
This is the kind of lasting, life-changing impact I strive for in every class — helping people discover their strength, make positive health decisions, and believe in what’s possible at any age.
