Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I’m an art therapist in training, grounded in a humanistic approach, and my yoga practice reflects this ethos. I believe that movement and mindfulness should be radically inclusive—welcoming all bodies, all backgrounds, and all levels of experience.
I trained in Rishikesh, India, completing 500 hours of immersive study in traditional Hatha Yoga under Indian practitioners. This experience gave me a rich foundation to offer advanced, lineage-informed yoga to those seeking depth, while also equipping me with the tools to break it down and make it approachable for those just beginning.
I currently teach yoga and movement for adolescents in treatment for eating disorders at Clementine Monte Nido, where I prioritize safety, embodiment, and self-compassion. I also serve as a contractor for Millennium Fitness at Scott Air Force Base, working with veterans and retirees across a broad range of physical ability. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt sessions to diverse needs from trauma-sensitive yoga to strength-building flows while holding a space that feels welcoming, nonjudgmental, and real.
In my classes, you’re invited to come exactly as you are whether that means arriving in gym clothes or jeans, using a yoga mat or a beach towel, or just showing up after a hard day. I honor each student’s autonomy and offer options that meet you where you are today, while still providing a path to deepen your practice.
Whether you’re seeking recovery, grounding, or growth, my goal is to help you feel at home in your body and connected to your breath one pose at a time.

First session is FREE
A typical session with me begins with a few minutes of free movement. This gives you space to tune into your body and notice what it needs that day—without pressure or expectation. It also gives me time to observe physical cues, check in with how you’re doing, and begin shaping the flow of our practice.
From there, our session evolves in response to you. Some days, that might look like a full hour of deep stretching and decompression through moving slowly, resting longer, and breathing more intentionally. Other days, I might gently encourage you to try something new or explore a more challenging pose, always with support and options. I bring a plan, but it shifts in real time to meet your needs physically, emotionally, energetically. My goal is for you to leave feeling more connected to your body, more grounded in yourself, and more at home in the practice.
To me, every session is a success story because the most essential part of yoga is simply showing up. I’m proud of clients who arrive imperfectly: a few minutes late, missing a sock, or distracted by the weight of the day. I’m proud of clients who show up authentically, even when that means shedding a few tears or bristling at a cue. I’m proud of clients who try the adaptations I offer, who learn to read their own body’s signals, and who begin to trust rest and ease as valid forms of practice. Success isn’t about the pose, it’s about building a relationship with the body, one breath and brave attempt at a time.
