Sierra is the founder of SRG Health & Fitness, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and stretch and flexibility specialist based in Denver, Colorado. With a degree in Kinesiology from Cal State San Marcos and a focus in Movement Science, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals through functional movement that supports long-term wellness. Sierra offers personalized, one-on-one training packages designed to make fitness fun and effective, with options for online and hybrid training. Her approach emphasizes making workouts enjoyable, educational, and sustainable, aiming to boost clients’ confidence and overall health.

Each session is customized to your individual goals, fitness level, and needs. You can expect a structured, full-body workout that includes a dynamic warm-up, strength and mobility training, core work, and a proper cooldown. I’ll guide you through movements with clear instruction and encouragement, focusing on proper form, functional progressions, and building confidence. Whether we’re working on improving strength, endurance, or mobility, my goal is to make sure you feel challenged, supported, and empowered every step of the way. Sessions are designed to be effective, educational, and—most importantly—enjoyable.
