As a professional Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

My true passion for health started when I was 18 years old and I wanted to become more educated about nutrition and the benefits of foods. I became so fascinated that I decided to get my degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Growing up, I was always made fun of for being extremely skinny. It was a mental struggle being told to “eat a burger” when I was eating an abundant amount of calories already. College really helped me shape my eating and diet because I had learned about the scientific, medical, and fitness aspects of food.
