About Logan

I have been in personal training for a year and a half, as well as 3 years of both inpatient and outpatient health experience. I have worked with any and all types of people with varying abilities. I am extremely versatile, as I am well versed in strength, functional, and rehab training, among other things. My own personal fitness journey is always ongoing. I was born with cerebral palsy, so I am continually working to improve my strength and functionality by keeping my body guessing.

Training philosophy

My training philosophy is that you will work hard, but enjoy the hard work.

A typical session

My typical training session would include a quick warm up while we catch up about how you are feeling, what you want to work on, etc. I will then coach you through your own personalized program of exercise, providing answers to any questions or suggestions you may have along the way.

Client success story

Early in my training career, I trained a man with Multiple Sclerosis. This was by far the most challenging, but also the best, client I have trained to this day. About a couple weeks in with him, we found a good balance between what he knew about his conditiion and how we could tie that into a good, but above all else, safe workout program. I have not trained him for a few years because he had life get in the way and had to stop, but he has updated me that he is back and working at the gym, which I am proud of.

Areas served

Outside training

I am a huge sports fan, mainly of all of the Colorado teams. I also love to golf and I love country music.
