Hello, my name is Kremi! I am a Meditation & Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy & Reiki. I combine these modalities to nurture body, mind and spirit. I work with companies and individuals alike to strengthen wellness patterns at work and home. Some current and past clientele range from corporate companies, such as Yelp, to multiple San Francisco startups.

We discuss your needs ahead of time, and I customize a private Yoga session just for you based on what you’d like to work on, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. I specialize in Slow Flow Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Healing through the Chakras. Combine any or all for a session of holistic bliss.
