About Jamie Smith


Hello I’m Jamie. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom. I joined the Royal Marines Commandos at age 20 and spent the next 5 years traveling the world with one of the most elite military units. I moved to Denver, CO at the start of 2020 to begin my dream of becoming a personal trainer, training clients in fun and innovative ways.

I help every clients achieve their own specific goal. I focus on the client and know ‘one size’ does NOT fit all. My goal is to help the client achieve their goal in a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment.

COVID UPDATE
I prefer to do most of my training outdoors which is extremely COVID friendly. Through the session I will be wearing a mask. All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before and after use.

I do also travel to apartment gyms, homes and yards.

My experience is mainly in circuits/bootcamp/endurance/weight loss. I really enjoy training clients in fun and innovative ways!

Typical Training Session

Before your first session you should expect a FREE phone consult where we will get to know each other.
We will discuss your goals, exercise history and anything else you would like to know.

The workout is usually completely goal specific so it depends in the client.
The average session usually starts with a chat and a warm up, then moving into the workout program and ending with a cool down and stretching.
