Exercise changed my life, as a person who struggled with being obese my entire adult life I realized how important proper diet and exercise contributes to the quality of life. I changed my career from working as a Behavioral specialist with children to now helping adults improve their life. My specialties are in powerlifting, functional fitness, strength training and HIIT for all fitness levels. This is not a quick fix and requires hard work I am just a tool for achieving that success. I have helped clients achieve and maintain weight loss ranging from 10 to 75+ pounds. Enabling dozens of clients to reverse health problems such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, depression, and heart disease and osteoporosis. I have helped clients run their first 1/2 marathons, improve their lift numbers and helped women over 70 deadlift and squat their body weight. Whole body wellness and Fitness is and looks different on everyone I want to help you find your fitness.

Typical Training Session

We will start with checking in with how the body is feeling, how much sleep you had, if there’s any aches or pains then go from there. Then we move into a dynamic warm up that is designed for you depending on what muscles are imbalanced or where there are mobility limitations. Then prime the muscles we are specifically targeting that day. Move into a metabolic/power movement to get the body temperature up then we begin training. Once training is over we finish with assisted stretching, soft myofascial release to aid in mobility and recovery. We will finish by addressing any other concerns and give you some homework if applicable.
