I was just like you one day. I used to hide in the fitness studio, uneasy about lifting in front of others, until I started working with a trainer. That was five years ago and I couldn’t do one pull up.
Fast forward to now….I still work with a trainer. My most recent accomplishment was making it on season 10 of American Ninja Warrior.
I am also Deaf which gives us an advantage in our sessions! We won’t have time to get over wordy when I’m teaching you how to train. You have to focus on quality and accomplishing the workout. Don’t consider me just a personal trainer – I became a trainer devoted to helping you find your inner resilience and harmony, Fitness is a common language that forces us to be vulnerable, and from a place of vulnerability, we can build resilience, confidence, empathy and chase our endless potential. It happened for me – and it continues to – and I’d love to show you how. Sweat is the great equalizer!
I’ve been inspiring people since December 2015, with certifications in extra certifications pre/post natal training, kettlebells, and mobility.

You can except the training sessions to be unpredictable to combat any boredom. It will be voluminous (AKA we don’t sit around in between) and effective. We only have so much time to train! The fact you are willing to invest in yourself is not to be taken lightly. You will gain atomic confidence and focus to succeed in your training session, and it has lingering effects on the rest of your day! I also do not talk much – I mainly use body cues to help you feel and remember the movement. We may bond, share stories of how we overcome little and big obstacles, and uplift each other. I am here to teach you how to build a tank full of resilience and to look, feel good while doing it SAFELY.
