About Dan DeMuth
I grew up playing every sport I could get my hands on ultimately excelling in ball and ground based sports including baseball, football, basketball and track and field. I played football in college as well as professional American football in Italy. In time I decided to focus my athletic energy and degree in educational psychology on helping others discover the same kind of passion for sports and fitness. Interested in innovative training techniques I have worked for many years as a trainer and fitness consultant for sports teams, athletes, individuals, and health minded corporations. I enjoy working with all ages and fitness levels.
