My training philosophy consists of blending martial arts training with exercises that combine strength training with cardio training.My approach to fitness is good old fashioned hard work, dedication, discipline , and to impose ones own will. My methods are not easy by any means , however, my methods prove to be very effective and results are usually seen within the first 3 weeks or less. Ive been training in Martial Arts since I was nine years old, and through my extensive martial arts background ive formed exercises that will strengthen the mind, body, and spirit in maximum capacity, in a shortened amount of time. Ive trained countless students, and they all can attest to my methods and the effectiveness in which they display.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
You can be sure to expect good hard core, straight to the point, hard nosed, no non sense training. individuals will be tired after each session and will be guaranteed to acquire a good nights rest. Training will be fun along the way, but sessions will be very intense. And everyone will learn how to defend themselves, as well as learning a slew of other cool techniques and tactics not learned in your average Dojo/ exercise gym.
I once had a guy named Chris with Cerebral Palsy who could not walk that good, and often had to use a cain to aide him while he went to and from. he had went to several doctors since his child hood, but they were never able to correct his is disability. After a month of training under me, he was able to walk upright, jog, and was even training in boxing, he was so happy and he couldnt believe that he was able to do the things that he was doing after training under me.
