Typical Training Session

Warm-up: Each session usually begins with a warm-up phase to prepare the body for exercise. This typically involves light cardiovascular activities like jogging, cycling, or jumping rope, along with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to loosen up the joints and increase blood flow.

Main Workout: The main portion of the session focuses on the client’s specific training goals. This may involve a variety of exercises and training techniques depending on their objectives, such as strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, agility drills, balance and stability work, or sport-specific movements. I guide clients through proper form and technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness in their workouts.

Progression and Variation: As clients progress, I gradually increase the intensity, complexity, or duration of exercises to ensure ongoing improvement and prevent plateauing. This may involve adding weights, increasing resistance, introducing new exercises, or modifying the training program based on their progress and feedback.

Personalized Attention: I provide individualized attention and guidance throughout the session. I monitor clients closely, correcting their form if necessary, offering modifications or alternatives to accommodate their abilities, and providing motivation and support to help them push past their limits.

Cool-down and Stretching: After the main workout, a cool-down phase is incorporated to gradually bring the heart rate down and allow the body to recover. This typically includes light exercises, static stretches, and deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and aid in muscle recovery.

Post-Session Discussion: I often take some time after the workout to discuss the session with the client.
