Typical Training Session
A client can expect to learn and understand the movements and exercises during a training session. I look to teach my clients how their body moves to better understand their pains and aches while growing stronger physically. Training will go deeper than just stimulating the body but will also encompass the mental aspect as well.
Client success story
I have a few success stories. My greatest is training a client that trekked Mount Everest. Then continued to train and trekked the Altai Mountains in Mongolia.
