Train with a friend (or two) and save!
About Matt Flynn
I believe it is just as important to train the mind as it is to train the body. I like to take a whole life approach to fitness its not just your workouts or your meditations but a lifestyle change that’s going to change your health and wellbeing. I currently hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science along with my certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am studying and working towards attaining the next highest certification in the NSCA. I like to think outside the box when it comes to training show you that it can be more than just the need for weights to get a great workout in, if all you’ve got is a little floor space I can get you in shape and have a great time doing it! It doesn’t take a lot which takes away all the excuses for not getting a great workout in. This isn’t to say that if a gym or equipment is available I won’t use it, I still use equipment. However I like to show that fitness minimalism is a great way to keep on track with workouts.

Typical Training Session
I’ll typically do a full body workout that will include a TRX, weights, bodyweight, and bands. If there is more equipment around or as and when I acquire more equipment then that will be used. Depending on your goals I will tailor the workout to your needs. If its mobility that you are looking for because you are feeling tight I got you covered. If you want to lean out or get toned I will up the pace a bit and keep your heart pumping and the calories burning.
Client success story
I have been training this client for 2 years now. She came to because she was feeling unstable in her joints. Prior to seeing me she would do yoga 6 times a week and had been doing so for the last 3-5 years. Because she had been doing so much yoga her muscles were so flexible that they weren’t supporting her bones. It was really important to me that we get her going on something consistent. Since then she works out on her own for 2 days out of the week. 1 day with me and says that she feels so much more stable. Her joints don’t hurt as much as they used to. Her hips aren’t in pain anymore along with her lower back. As well her neck feels a lot better, she had strained it a few years back and was always afraid that it wouldn’t feel strong again.
