My goal is to use my current and continuing education to ensure the people I work with create a sustainable lifestyle towards their fitness and health. Having recently achieved my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology really helps me achieve this goal so much more.

I have heard many other variations of those statements. The people who work with me really start to understand how easy & simplified exercising can be for them. Each person has unique needs and obstacles to clear. The same can be said for a tailored program for you because this is your journey not anybody else.
Losing weight is not hard. You can starve and you will lose weight, but enjoying the process of nourishing and treating yourself properly will keep off the weight and improve so many other aspects of your life. Working out is much more than just losing weight, or being strong (not saying we cannot achieve those things too). Improving sleep, balancing hormones as you age, making daily activities easier, walking with confidence, building discipline, and so much more can be felt from simply moving your body in a way that feels good for you.

I will get to know you and you will get to know a little more about me. We will go through what your goals and assessments. After that we will go through some exercise movements and see where your baseline is at. After that we will discuss the big picture on where we should be going to best fit your goals.
Man I have so many. A couple photos you see on my page are some clients who were generous enough to let me share their progress photos. My first client ever he had an upper kyphotic (rounded back/shoulders) back with a forward head as well as a left lateral pelvis tilt (his hips were uneven) due to standing on one foot often during his work/life. After working with me for 2.5 weeks he was able to stand without slouching and grew 2 inches! Close people around him noticed too and he said he felt really good to able to be recognized for his improvement.
I worked with another client who was a D3 athlete for volleyball and he wanted to improve his vertical jump. When he met me it was 21inches after 3 weeks it grew by 8 inches! 38% increase in his vert.
Last story, I worked with a mom who has not worked in the last 3 decades and she had lots of low back pain. Not to mention, sleep and hormones were not too great. She was skeptical that exercising could really do much for her low back, sleep, and hormones. After 4 weeks, she said “I don’t feel any pain in my lower back anymore! I also have started to stop taking my sleep medication and have been sleeping a lot more regularly I couldn’t believe it.”
