I have been personal training, through education & personal experience, for over 20 years. I started volunteering at a local gym in high school, began educating myself through classes & observation, studied kinesiology in college and have thus been immersed in the fitness industry all the while. I have experience running all operations of gyms & fitness programs, training all ages & abilities individually & in group/class settings, & am blessed to have worked independently, personal training for myself, for the past 6 years! I take pride in my knowledge & ability to help others reach their goals! Now, it’s time for you to reach your goals, and then some!!!

Client success story

I had a client with a 7% chance of life, in a coma for 7 weeks, unable to fully walk, let alone run, with very limited range of motion in her arm. Her goal was to run again, on a treadmill and gain range of motion back in her arm. She is now able to run on a treadmill, with a full range of motion in her arm!


Hobbies
I like watching all sports (and training those athletes); I enjoy listening to R&B and reggae and attending concerts of all genres; I also enjoy hiking, climbing mountains, walking and swimming at the beach and, of course, working out!
