Utilization of a vast array of components and modalities project the client into an innovative system that will constantly receive calibration and challenge!

Cancellation Policy

Regarding cancellations: a. All qualifying cancellations will result in a credit being given which can be applied to a future session or other product or service from Kinetic Fit Systems b. All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice in order to receive credit for the session. Due to an inability to fill the previously blocked time period, Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice given will not qualify for a credit and Client will be charged for the session. Cancellations must be made by calling 512-797-1933 to be deemed effective. c. If Client receives credit for a missed session, the credit must be used within 60 days of the missed session, or it will be waived. d. If Kinetic Fit Systems needs to cancel a scheduled session, Client will receive credit

Fitness Evaluation

Evaluations are not one size fits all. Therefore, each client will receive one or more of the following due to their needs and goals.

1) Nutrition and Lifestyle 2) SKCAM Tests: This includes components of mobility, power, strength, balance, agility, muscular endurance, and coordination 3) Kinetic Chain strengths and weaknesses 4) Sub Vo2 Max testing and/or cardio-respiratory testing

B.S in Exercise Sports Science with Minor in Nutrition
