I have always been a physically driven person. I was a gymnast for most of my adolescent and teen years, and these days look to activities such as hiking, rock climbing, and Bikram yoga to fill that niche. I am proponent of activity that keeps you entertained and inspired. My background in gymnastics also really helps me to key into proper form. Practice only makes perfect if you engage in perfect practice, so I will be sure to cue and guide you to work towards/maintain proper form so we can get those muscles working to allow optimal range of motion in all of your movements.
Starting with a focus on functional movement, to reduce any physical problems later on, then strength training for aesthetics of how we want to look then circuit training to reduce body fat and get the leanest look. So, my focus would be on stages of how we progress to your specific goals and the client always has a say along the way of how they want to adapt certain movements or even goals.
