I became a personal trainer for one reason. To help other women get healthy, fit, and feeling their best. In 2017, the extra weight I was carrying around was not just hard on my body, it was mentally devastating. I struggled with anxiety, depression, and hormone imbalances. I made a decision and, in less than six months, transformed my body… and my life. As someone who has struggled with weight gain, I know how difficult making the necessary changes can be. Typical Training Session
No session is “typical” when training with me. Every client I train receives a training plan that is customized to their specific goals, needs, and limitations. All of my personal training clients automatically have access to my online training app. This unique “hybrid” style of training allows for my clients to receive a one-on-one, hands on experience and motivation, as well as access to daily workouts and nutrition coaching between training sessions for even faster results. Online training includes:
-Choice between gym or home workouts
-New workouts every day so you never get bored
-Choice between 30 and 60 minute workouts
-Video demonstrations of each exercise
-Access your workouts from anywhere on any device
