I am a dedicated fitness professional with nearly two decades of experience in personal training, coaching, and wellness. As the CEO and Head Personal Trainer of Hawlisch Training LLC since 2012, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from lifestyle transformation seekers to competitive bikini athletes. My expertise goes beyond aesthetics—I specialize in gut health, hormone balance, and sustainable fitness solutions that help clients achieve long-term success.
With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Our Lady of the Lake University, I have built my career on evidence-based training methods, personalized nutrition strategies, and a deep understanding of how the body functions. I have helped numerous competitors step on stage in peak condition while also guiding individuals through healing protocols for gut and hormonal imbalances. My approach is not just about looking good but feeling great from the inside out.
Through my leadership, I’ve cultivated a training environment that prioritizes education, accountability, and sustainable results. Whether coaching one-on-one, leading fitness seminars, or mentoring trainers, my mission remains the same—helping clients unlock their full potential while improving their overall well-being.

Every client is unique. I’ll assess your current health, goals, lifestyle, and challenges to build a training and nutrition plan tailored specifically for you—whether you’re trying to lose body fat, build lean muscle, rebalance hormones, or improve digestion and energy.

We go beyond surface-level fixes. Through functional health principles, I’ll help you identify what’s holding your body back—whether it’s stress, gut health, inflammation, sleep issues, or something else—and address it with targeted strategies.

Your workouts will be designed to shape a strong, lean, and functional body—without crushing your nervous system or burning you out. We’ll focus on proper progression, mobility, strength, and recovery, so your body performs well and feels even better.

No fad diets here. You’ll learn how to fuel your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods that support your physique goals and your internal health—while still leaving room for flexibility and real-life living.
5. Education & Empowerment
My goal is to give you the why behind what we’re doing. I’ll teach you how to understand your body, listen to its signals, and take control of your health—so you’re not dependent on a coach forever.
6. Accountability & Support
You’ll never be left to figure it out alone. You’ll get regular check-ins, feedback, and real-time support to keep you on track, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your wins—big or small.
