I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years and have been a trainer for 11. I believe that having amazing health and wellness is for EVERYONE, regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. My goal is to meet you where you are at and get you to where you want to be. I believe in training that allows you to function in everyday life as well as look good at the beach. :-) Core stability and full body work is my specialty because they are the building blocks for a healthy and happy body!
I work with women who have a desire to live their STRONGEST life possible. My style of training incorporates strength, flexibility, core work and functional movement with the goal being to help you not just have a body that looks amazing, but also lets you live the life you really want to!
In order to truly know my clients goals, each client receives an initial client consultation where we really spend some time reviewing your lifestyle, nutritional habits, likes and dislikes, exercise history and personal goals. With this background together we will create a fitness plan that fits YOUR individual needs in a way that fits YOUR personal training style.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis.
Fitness evaluation includes: measurements, flexibility, muscular and endurance testing, postural and movement analysis and mobility testing!
