I’m Brandon, an Asheville native and United States Air Force veteran with certifications through the University of Health and Performance, ISSA, CrossFit Level 1, Mental Health First Responder, and CPR/AED. Combined with my experience as a Fitness Training Leader in the U.S. Air Force, I bring a proven ability to program, teach, and lead dynamic fitness programs that transform lives.
At my first duty station at the 52nd Fighter Wing in Spangdahlem AB, Germany, I was entrusted to rewrite, teach, and implement a wing-wide Advanced Fitness Training Leader Course, equipping instructors and Airmen alike with the tools to achieve higher performance standards. Throughout my military career, I led countless group and individual training sessions, coached proper movement mechanics, and motivated teams to consistently exceed expectations.
I have continued with my passion for fitness and lifestyle transformation as a head coach at HEW Fitness Asheville, leading group fitness of all ages, a comprehensive strength class, as well as individual training programs. I love to help people find there true potential in fitness and life itself.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
All sessions will be strictly tailored to each clients needs, meeting them where they’re at, and then taking them to where they want to be. They will be at least 30 minutes to an hour going through a warm-up, workout, and cool down. During the warm-up we will discuss the Why, What, and How for the days work out, Why we doing the exercises, What they are, and How to properly perform them. After coaching the client through the workout, during the cool down we will go over what they think went well and what they think could have been better, wether it be within the workout or something for me.
