I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 35 years. I am passionate about health and wellness and working with individuals to enable them to achieve their goals. Over the years I have worked with all populations finding my passion with working with an older population as I aged myself. I have many years of experience working with individuals with orthopedic and clinical conditions inclusive of adult-onset diseases. I work in rehabilitation with clients and their families in a home environment with pre and post op surgery’s. I also work within a family environment with clients suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s. The past 15 years my clientele has been with the 65 plus age group working with clients to attain a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each training session will be structured. Comprising of a warmup the workout itself and a cool down. Every client will have an individual program based on the needs and capability of the individual. The program will be adaptive and progressive moving towards each clients short, medium and long term goals. Each program will include all components of physical fitness and not contained to time spent together. Each workout will provide knowledge, motivation and encouragement to include exercise in their daily life.
One of my many motivational memories as a trainer was working with an individual with fibromyalgia, when I first met my client, she could barely make it to the car and about leaving work would have to go home and sleep for a few hours to continue on with her day. We worked together 3 times a week over a period of time taking each day at a time dealing with flare-ups as they came. Adapting each session accordingly. Over a period of years I watched my client regain her life. We still keep in touch and I am inspired by her to this day.
